Nonrefundable Deposits

Deposits are nonrefundable. No exceptions and is a binding contract once you submit the deposit. There are absolutely no refunds on deposit money nor purchase money on any kitten. No exceptions and it is a binding contract once you submit payments. Contract is a private treaty contract and is binding.

Visits & Pick Ups

Our cattery is part of our home. We are not open to the public. We are a closed cattery.  Visits and kitten pickups are by appointment only.

Identification Of Kittens

The colored ribbons (collars) are used to individually identify each kitten from birth and to monitor each kitten’s progress individually.

Kitten Picking Process

We go in order of deposits by date. However we take in consideration what the purchaser is looking for out of their kitten. We try to match up the kitten the best we can with the new owner, i.e. color, sex, etc.  This is to help and sure the proper fit for a lifetime. We do not allow people to handle the kittens  even when they come to pick up their own kitten. The only kitten that they will be handling is their own kitten. We are a private cattery, not a commercial store. So if you’re impatient and cannot wait for a kitten then please do not contact us or fill out our questionnaire.

Payments Policy

We take great pride in our breeding program and want to make sure to give each kitten the best chance at a good family home. The $500 deposit to reserve a kitten is non-refundable because we want the “committed” buyer, not someone who is hastily looking for a kitten. Our kittens are $3000-$4500 depending on breed and color and are sold with limited registration (as pets). Breeding & Show Rights are available on a limited basis. Prices are subject to change without notice. Show/Breeding Ragdolls and Bengals takes precedence over pet/companion homes. If you’re looking to show or breed please contact us about full registration. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle or credit cards (3.9% fee applies). Checks and credit cards are accepted for the deposit only. We do ship Domestic via airline and ground transportation.

Picking Up Your Kitten or Shipping

Kittens must be paid for in full before the kitten leaves. When picking up your kitten this means you have to either pay for the kitten ahead of time using Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Bank Wire or bring cash with you that day. When shipping a kitten the kitten must be paid for one week in advance, using the same methods as above, before shipping arrangements and vet appointments are made. No credit cards payments will be accepted on balances.

Lifetime Breeder Support

Lifetime breeder support. This means for the lifetime of your Ragdoll or Bengal kitten/cat we are here to help and give advice in any way that we can. However if your kitten/cat is having a medical issue/emergency please don’t hesitate to contact your veterinarian for help or advice.

Kittens that are reserved and held 3 days past when they are ready to leave are subject to boarding fees to cover costs. When held past 5 days kitten must be paid for in full in addition to boarding fees.
